Jewish organizations such as the ADL, JINSA, AJC, and others that represent most of the American Jewry have for the last two decades lobbied against and continue to actively lobby the US Congress against passage of resolution recognizing the Armenian genocide. The State of Israel denies the Armenian genocide. Rabbi Hillel said it best: “If I am not for myself, then who will be for me? And if I am only for myself, then what am I?
